Are you a youth worker, facilitator, trainer, project manager, coordinator, NGO staff member or board member who wants to turn ideas into impactful Erasmus+ projects? Then this opportunity is for you!
ABOUT
PRO Youth Generator aims to create a long-term impact on project development practices by building on the knowledge and experience of active youth workers and youth organisations. It provides a space for motivated participants to strengthen their project design and writing skills, connect with potential partners, exchange experiences, and develop concrete project ideas. The training supports those who want to deepen their expertise and turn their ideas into high-quality initiatives that create meaningful impact for young people and their communities.
REQUIREMENTS
Participants should belong to an organisation, network or institution; you can be a freelancer, but you must prove a clear connection with an organisation, a network, a movement or a local reality.
Moreover, you have to be eligible under the following requirements:
- You need to be a resident of one of the eligible countries (EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme, Western Balkans – Region 1, and Neighbourhood East (Region 2); nationality in one of the eligible countries is not necessary (for example, a Brazilian candidate resident in Hungary, who will travel from Hungary, can apply);
- You must be able to communicate in English (the working language of the course);
- You must be at least 18 years of age;
- Active members of an SCI branch, or of an organisation belonging to the IVS movement, will have priority in the selection process. Participants from non-IVS organisations can apply, too.
- You must attend for the entire duration of the programme, including the 2 online sessions before the meeting in Vienna (see the “project timeline” section for more info) (no exceptions will be made).
- You should commit to developing and submitting a project proposal by the first relevant funding deadline in 2027.
We explicitly encourage participants of all genders, abilities and ethnic backgrounds to apply. The accommodation is equipped to host participants with physical disabilities and wheelchair users.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Thanks to co-financing by the European Union, food, accommodation, and all organisational costs will be fully covered. Some of the partners may ask for a small sending fee to cover their placement costs. Please check
with your organisation.
You will also receive reimbursement of travel tickets (including visa and visa-related costs) up to the maximum amount within three months after the end of the training. Maximum travel reimbursement will be according to Erasmus+ rates (see the full call below for details).
