Pre-departure Training [online]

During our online pre-departure training you will learn more about our volunteer engagement, the workcamps and long-term work. Moreover, you will also get to know our values and goals. We deal with challenges in international workcamps or long-term assignments and will offer you various workshops on topics such as interculturality, conflict resolution, non-violent communication, group dynamics, cultural prejudices / stereotypes, racism, colonialism, gender and much more. In addition, volunteers will report on their experience in the field, and will give you valuable tips.
Our first training will take place online together with SCI Schweiz:
