📆 24 – 31 August 2026 |📍Vienna, Austria | Erasmus +
ABOUT
The YDEA training series aims to equip youth workers, educators, trainers, and coordinators of non-formal education activities with skills and knowledge focused on emotional intelligence (EQ). This year, within the fourth edition of the training, we will explore the full spectrum of intelligences: not only EQ, but also Collective Intelligence, Environmental Intelligence, Mental Health & Wellbeing. Of course, we will not forget AI (artificial intelligence) and will reflect together on its potential, but also on its risks and its current limitations when it comes to youth work. Through dynamic methods (exercises, discussion, role play games, social-psychology experiments), the main purpose of the training is to make our NFE actions more effective and better oriented to the emerging needs and trends of our young target groups.

We are seeking up to 22 participants from the EU and associated countries. The ideal participants are educators, youth workers, facilitators and trainers, workcamp coordinators, non-formal education managers and coordinators, and NGO staff and board members.
